Professional Experience: Started professional career post-graduation in 1991 as instrument and control engineer with PDO - Government Gas Plant (GGP) and then moved to the head office MAF - Muscat . Progressing over the tenure to managing multi-millions and multidiscipline capital, production optimization and maintenance projects. Then moved to Oman Gas Company (OGC) as OPEX Projects and Planning Manager. My last full time employment job was with Occidental of Oman from October 2005 to March 2012, as Facility Development Manager for the north surface engineering. This job inclusive contracting, procurement planning, execution, development and handover to operations.

During the professional employment times, I had worked on different departments and held various lower and senior roles spreading from engineering, technology reviews, construction, operation, maintenance to contracts managements and leaderships posts.

Currently work on freelancing engineering and contracts management consulting services focusing on identification, analyzing, evaluating, reporting and development of In-Country Values market intelligence, Vendor products assessments, facilitation of Value Engineering workshops, contracts claim reviews and facilitate arbitrations solutions. Furthermore, working with various sized enterprises on development of business dashboards, KPIs, organizational behaviors and performances, coaching and mentoring young engineers.

Prerequisites

• The selected SP's contact details will be sent to the client via email once registration/booking fees is paid.
• The introduction (max. 1 hour) is free of charge for all clients and does not bind to hire the SP.
• A contract/agreement between the two parties shall be generated immediately and signed by both parties after the work assignment has been agreed during the introduction.
• For every genuine and agreed work assignment, TAF will charge a fee of double the hourly rate stipulated in the SP Registration Form, shared 50% between the SP and the client.
• The SP will invoice directly the client according to the contract/agreement terms and conditions. No fees or a turnover commission is paid to TAF.
• The hourly rate of the SP is as indicated in the application. Other expenses, if any, have to be agreed during the introduction.
• Clients must commit to having an actual project/work assignment and TAF must be informed if additional SP is required for the same project.
